Electrophysiology Service, Massachusetts General Hospital, the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN), the Ohio State University (formerly associated with Riverside Methodist Hospital), the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of Michigan, and the University of Pennsylvania. The author has no ties to these facilities and has not visited their facilities nor been treated by their staff. This is an opinionated list done by the author alone, and may have significant errors of omission.)
Since Pulmonary Vein Ablation (Isolation) is a relatively
new procedure, try to select facilities and doctors who are more experienced
with it. (You get better service if you ask for a specific doctor or his/her
nurse. When you call, sound like you know the doctor.) Many Doctors listed below have a
"referrals only" policy, which means they won't talk to you directly. You have
to be referred by a Cardiologist.
